Originally from Washington state, Toby brought her wealth of experience to HIA when she joined in September 2023, focusing on Medicare services with a knack for simplifying complex insurance plans to find optimal solutions for her clients. Before joining HIA, Toby's career journey was diverse and enriching. She spent significant time as a mainline Flight Attendant, where her dedication to service excellence and attention to detail were paramount. Prior to her aviation career, Toby was a dedicated small business owner for 17 years, balancing entrepreneurship with homeschooling her children. Her multifaceted background includes roles as an image consultant, etiquette and manners instructor, public speaker, certified master coach, and author, reflecting her passion for personal development and community engagement. Rooted in a family tradition of entrepreneurship, Toby was born and raised in the restaurant business and early in her career managed several restaurants, honing her leadership and organizational skills. Licensed in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon, Toby's expertise spans across multiple states, ensuring she can effectively serve a diverse clientele with their insurance needs. Outside of work, Toby finds joy in the natural beauty of her surroundings, particularly water, blue skies, and sunshine. She embraces adventures that allow her to connect with nature and create cherished memories with her three children and five delightful grandchildren.
